Pack the Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
